Project structuring

Project structuring is the process of putting together a complete project package; one that in addition to considering the various technical elements, anticipates the best strategy to bring the project to market, whether that’s as a bid, a license, a concession, a private-public partnership or some other approach.

Structuring, in short, considers all the different technical, legal, financial, institutional, and social factors that make possible a project’s successful execution.
